MEMBRAPOL PRIMER EPOX/PUR

MEMBRAPOL PRIMER EPOX / PUR is a solvent-free epoxy binder with a very high dry residue, characterized by excellent adhesion on cement and concrete substrates. Leaves a waterproof, compact and filling film. The product is suitable for all work on concrete or where particular tenacity and anchoring of the subsequent coating is required. It can be overlaid with low, medium or high thickness resin coatings. Has been specifically formulated to carry out preliminary priming treatments on surfaces before applying epoxy and polyurethane resin systems from the MEMBRAPOL.

MEMBRAPOL PRIMER EPOX / PUR meets the requirements of the European Standard EN 13813 “Screeds and materials for screeds”.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Primer for subsequent epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea coatings
Primer for absorbent surfaces such as concrete, cementitious and similar substrates
Binder for the preparation of filled mortars, trowelled resinous coatings, multilayer and smoothing finishes
Binder for the preparation of mortars loaded with damp earth and epoxy screeds

Binder for leveling mortars or resinous screed coatings
Suitable to be loaded with quartz fillers to make smoothing to close the blowholes
Suitable for the construction of floors for warehouses, workshops, yards or in any case where there is even heavy wheeled traffic
