MEMBRAPOL 600 VK

MEMBRAPOL 600 VK is a two-component system based on pure, solvent-free polyurea formulated with aromatic isocyanates and selected diamines of different molecular weights. It is applied by high-pressure plural-component spray equipment to form an in-situ waterproofing coating suitable for vehicular traffic.

Once fully cured, it forms a highly waterproof, continuous membrane that conforms to any substrate geometry without cracking, thanks to its high tensile and tear strength and its excellent crack-bridging capability, even at low temperatures.

 

 

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Waterproofing of road and railway bridge slabs, viaducts, underground structures, and tunnels
  • Waterproofing of pavements, driveways, and parking lots
  • Waterproofing of fixed systems for the collection, treatment, conveyance, and distribution of water intended for human consumption
  • Waterproofing and protection of hydraulic structures (canals, floodgates, spillways, etc.)
  • Waterproofing of tunnel intradoses and extradoses
  • Waterproofing of roofs
  • Protection of metal machinery subject to abrasion
  • Protection and encapsulation of fiber cement (and asbestos)
  • Also suitable for waterproofing green roofs and inverted roofs

  • Applicable from -20°C to +40°C in the absence of condensation
  • Working temperature from -20°C to +90°C in air
