MEMBRAPOL 301 VK

MEMBRAPOL 301 VK is a two-component system based on solvent-free polyurea, formulated with aromatic isocyanates and particular diamines with different molecular weight. To be applied by spraying with a high pressure bi-mixer pump for the in situ realization of a waterproof coating. After crosslinking, it forms a continuous waterproof coating that adapts to any geometric shape of the substrate without cracking, thanks to its high tensile and tear strength characteristics and its high crack-bridging capacity (even at low temperatures).

  • Waterproofing of slabs of road and railway bridges, viaducts, underground structures, tunnels
  • Protection and waterproofing of hydraulic works, containment tanks, roofs of civil and industrial buildings with aliphatic protection
  • Waterproofing of intrados and extrados of tunnels
  • Waterproofing of roofs of civil and industrial buildings
  • Waterproofing and protection of hydraulic works (canals, gates, spillways, etc.)
  • Protection of metal machinery subject to abrasion
  • Waterproofing of swimming pools
  • Waterproofing under XPS insulation panels and polyurethane foam protection
  • Protection and encapsulation of fiber cement
